Weigh-in 12/19

Hey guys!

I've been sticking to my 1 meal a day regimen and am proud to report that I weighed in this morning at 182.4lb! Woohoo! That's 7.6lbs down from Monday morning! I know it's crazy, but very exciting. Of course, we can assume that that's mostly water weight and after the first week I'm sure my body will then start losing fat and not just water.

I'm super stoked about the coming weeks and can't wait to report my success : )
